Each year we try to support those less fortunate than ourselves through various charity events. Our members are very generous and we are indebted to them for there efforts. A MESSAGE FROM THE FAMILY OF SIMON GAWTHORPE
Dear friends
We would like to thank you all for your wonderful contributions which has provided Simon with the power chair you can see in this picture. This chair has provided Simon with some independence and at the same time contributed to his rehabilitation, we his family could never thank you all enough for your fantastic support, which has seen us all come through a very difficult time.
Simon is still making progress and although it is very slow his sense of humour has been a humbling experience for all of us. As you can see when he smiles he is quite a handsome young man, I am pleased to tell you he smiles much more since he gained the independence of his chair.
To all the people who contributed please look at this photograph and be proud of yourselves, you have made a big difference to someone else's life.
